Kalakriti brings its customers & the factories into an integrated system where the whole process is transparent. We have developed a structure whereas we can track all the R&D progress & having a simplified and transparent costing process.
Buyer's Meet
We believe that face-to-face interactions and knowing each other makes the bond and the business stronger and grow faster. So, we would personally accompany our buyers and arrange the meetings with factories to make new samples, New design or product, Factory assessment on how to works and inspections also.
So, we can be a one stop shop who can set complete itineraries for our buyers from flight bookings, hotel reservations and so on.

Evaluation / Rating / Sourcing
Sampling / Lab Testing
We, together with our buyers put in lots of Efforts, Time, Research and Ideas to develop a new innovative product with our R&D team.
Testing is a very important criteria before any order placement or once a new product is developed. We take care that the products are tested before the production is started and it achieves the desired results. For example, Hammock is tested for CF to Light, perspiration, water, Tearing strength, Abrasion resistance, weight capacity testing, Seam strength and many more. We take utmost care that our buyers do not get any complaints in future from their end customers.
Internal Auditing / 3rd Party Auditing
It is very important to have any factory audited for its social, technical & environmental cause. We have our inspector who can do an Internal Audit and, also, we can arrange a 3rd party Audit Agencies for compliances such as BSCI, SEDEX, Code of Conduct, SA8000, GMP, CTPat and others.
Evaluation of the factory is one of the most important criteria for manufacturing any products. We have a very strict policies and procedures for evaluating each & every factories we deal with in terms of the capacities & capabilities, Its quality systems in place, its ethical code of conduct, Labor practices and the environmental controls. We would evaluate and bring the best production factories for our clients so that the products we deliver to our clients are of best quality, on time deliveries and in line with all the laws.
Order Execution & Achieving Time Line
We have an integrated system with our suppliers on daily production reports. Production reports are analyzed and if any concerns or delays are there then it is communicated with the buyers and also, we try to work with our manufacturers on how to overcome the backlog or if there are any issues with production so that the products are shipped On-Time.
Pre-final / Final Inspections
A product how well tested or the samples approved, it is crucial to have a Pre-final, In-line and final inspection conducted either by our internal inspectors or by any third party such as Bureau veritas, SGS, Intertek or any other certified body. It is an assurance that gives our client confidence about the quality of the product.
Dispatch Cordination & Support
We, at Kalakriti Group provide end to end service which includes following up with KPI’s with our supplier to see that all the shipments are delivered “On Time”. We see that supplier checks and fills the Container Inspection certificate to see if the container arrived is free of Pit holes or any damages so as the products reach safely. Also, we discuss and negotiate with the forwarder to get the best possible freight rates and also, the earliest or the fastest vessel to the destination.
